The Pledge Scheduling system allows the user to create a pledge payment schedule for the donor. This schedule can be automatically created by entering a start date, the number of payments and the payment period. The user also has the ability to create a custom payment schedule for donors who require one. From the schedule we can create reminder letters that can be sent to remind the donor of an upcoming payment.
The Batch Donation Entry feature will allow the user to create a batch donation record for donors who give regularly or for employee who have a pledge that is being handled by a payroll deduction program. Once a batch donation record has been created for each regular donor, the user can create a donation record for many donors with the click of one button. You will find this feature in the DonorExpress Enterprise Donor Management Software.
